Moving house - All home owners selling their properties will have to include an energy performance certificate (EPC) carried out by a qualified DEA (domestic energy assessor) as part of the sale of their home. They must have instructed a DEA to complete this before marketing and every effort should be made to receive this within 28 days.
We would be please to carry out your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on your house for your move.
Buying a house - If you are selling, are you buying - we will complete a full unobtrusive detailed inspection on all services (see Home owner tab) for your new property.
Letting a property - in 2008 it became mandatory for rental properties to have an EPC when there is a tenancy change, these last for 10 years.
As well as carrying out this service for you we can complete mandatory inspections such as landlord safety inpections (please see letting Services tab for more information).
